Kale Salad

Serves 1-2


2-3 cups kale

1 plum tomato diced 

½ small baked onion

5 cloves baked garlic

1/4 cup shredded red cabbage


Toasted sesame seed oil


Onion powder

Cut the top off a whole onion and garlic bulb. Drizzle with grapeseed oil and bake in a muffin pan or cookie sheet whole for 15-30 min until golden.

Drizzle sesame seed oil over kale and mix with your hands coating every leaf in oil. Add salt and garlic powder mix with hands, then add remaining ingredients.
